Providing grief support services, education, resources and hope. All groups are fee based with a sliding scale. Groups co-led by highly trained volunteers. The adult program offers groups for parents grieving the loss of a child. The children’s program offers support groups for death of a sibling that are age appropriate and loss appropriate, and use various methods of grief expression, including art, music, play and poetry; school-based grief support groups are also available.

The Balancing Life & Loss: Parenting After Loss Group is a free support group that addresses the needs of bereaved parents who, after a tragic loss, need to continue living and parenting their surviving children.
Meetings are free to attendees and meets every 2nd Monday from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. It is facilitated by Laura Navarro Pickens, LCSW, and meets in her office at 408 Westminster Ave., Suite 9, Newport Beach, 92663. Please call Laura at (562) 882-7901.

RTZ HOPE provides compassionate and holistic support for people who have experienced unimaginable loss during their journey to parenthood. We are here with valuable resources and inclusive support for anyone whose life has been touched by loss, including miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), stillbirth, infant or toddler death, loss through surrogacy, and failed adoption.

Dr. Ivy Margulies is a clinical psychologist that runs several support groups for couples who have endured a miscarriage, experienced a stillbirth, or face the challenges of infertility (each of the three groups meet separately).
